Because all Products sold on the Website are digital goods (Google Sheets templates and similar digital products) delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as stated below or as required by applicable law.

2. When We May Offer a Refund

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

• The Product is demonstrably defective, broken, or not as described.
• You did not receive access to the Product within 24 hours of payment, and we are unable to restore access.

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details, and we will work with you in good faith, which may include restoring access, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund at our discretion.

3. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first at purchase@unicornproduct.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks based on abusive claims (for example, for Products that were successfully delivered and used) may result in the termination of your access to our Products and future purchases.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (via Lava.top) within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5 to 14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
