By accessing the Website or purchasing any Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase any Product.

1. About Us

LifeStats is an online store selling digital productivity templates, including finance trackers, weekly planners, and habit trackers, designed for use with Google Sheets. The operator of the Website is Ilya Vitalyevich Ryabtsev, a self-employed individual ("samozanyatyy") registered in the Russian Federation (INN: 860402683808). 2. Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products

All Products sold on the Website are digital goods (templates in Google Sheets format or similar). Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Product via a link to make your own copy of a Google Sheets template. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions and images on the Website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, error-free, or that Products will meet your specific expectations beyond what is described.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed on the Website in the applicable currency and are final at the moment of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Lava.top. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the payment provider. You will receive an order confirmation and access to the Product by email.

5. License to Use the Products

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the Product for your personal use or for the internal use of a single business entity you own. You may share your own copy with family, friends or your team for their personal use, but you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or publicly share the Product as a product of your own.
• Republish the Product, in whole or in part, as your own work or as part of a bundle, course, or template store.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Product.
• Use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes third-party rights.

All intellectual property rights in the Products remain the property of LifeStats.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, typically immediately after payment confirmation, by email. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, please contact purchase@unicornproduct.com and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

7. Refunds

Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except as required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, please note: by completing your purchase and accessing the Product immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

If a Product is demonstrably defective, not as described, or you are unable to access it due to our fault, contact us at purchase@unicornproduct.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it in good faith. For details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products and the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all versions of Google Sheets or other software, or that they will meet any specific results or productivity goals. Google Sheets is a product of Google LLC, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LifeStats or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or any Product. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Website; or use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Website without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website and the Products may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Google, Lava.top, and others). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

However, if you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law provides you with mandatory consumer protections, those protections will apply to you to the extent required by law, regardless of this clause.
